Call for Abstract

Submission

We invite extended abstracts or full papers of published or unpublished work for contributed talks to take place at the workshop. We highly recommend submissions in PDF format. Submission must include the following information: title of the talk, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address and name of the presenter. Submissions will be selected by the program committee according to adherence to the workshop theme.

DATES AND DEADLINES

  • 22 December 2022: Abstract submission deadline

  • 27 December 2022: Results for the abstract submission

  • 20 January 2023: Payment deadline

FEE

The workshop fee is €180 per person. This registration fee covers access to all keynote and panel sessions, two lunches, one dinner and one social dinner, all the coffee breaks and conference materials.
It is possible to attend the workshop virtually with a reduced fee of €60 per person.

No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. All the bank details will be available after acceptance notification.
